There are various forms of grappling including Judo and wrestling which focus on the stand up element of the sport and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu which focuses on controlling your opponent and learning submission techniques. Grappling is fantastic for discipline, fitness, building confidence and self-defence techniques, and its fun and engaging.
