Grappling is one of the biggest elements areas of combat. There are various forms of grappling including Judo and wrestling which focus on the stand up element of the sport and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu which focuses on controlling your opponent and learning submission techniques. Grappling is fantastic for discipline, fitness, building confidence and self-defence techniques, and its fun and engaging.
